Regrettably, at this time, We’re unable to accommodate custom orders.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION
I am happy to accept cancellations. Please reach out to me within 24 hours of your purchase to request a cancellation and initiate a refund.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you have a change of heart, you can return your jewelry for an exchange or refund within 14 days. Kindly notify us of the return via email.

Please ensure that the jewelry is returned in an unworn and unused condition, with all its original packaging and included components.

Due to the unique nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I am unable to accept returns for:

– Custom or personalized orders (e.g., jewelry with personalized engraving or rings custom-made to your size)
– Items on sale
– Earrings (except for earrings in which the wires can be replaced), for health and hygiene reasons

SHIPPING INFORMATION

PROCESSING TIME
The time required to prepare an order for shipment may vary. I strive to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. In case of any unforeseen delays, I will promptly notify you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped with tracking via Canada Post and are handed over to the mail service in your country. You will receive an email with tracking information shortly after your order has been dispatched.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post.

CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may be applicable. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs processing.

WRAPPING
Our goal is to present all Save On Jewels in beautiful packaging. Included with your order are care instructions and contact information. Your jewelry will be accompanied by a complimentary jewelry polishing cloth and a small grip-seal storage bag.

Should you wish to send your order as a gift directly to the recipient, please contact us, and we will ensure a unique and special gift unwrapping experience.

CARING FOR JEWELRY

Comprehensive care instructions will be included with your order.

Please bear in mind that all handmade jewelry pieces are delicate and should be handled with care. Avoid contact with water, and remove your pieces before swimming, washing hands/dishes, engaging in sports, or taking a shower. Store your jewelry in dry containers, boxes, or bags. For cleaning, use a proper polishing cloth or specialized cleaning and polishing solutions.

SILVER JEWELRY:
– Clean pieces without stones and patina (darkening) using a polishing cloth or silver jewelry cleaning solution.
– Pieces with stones and patina are more fragile and can be damaged (removed) by cleaning solutions. Clean these gently using warm soapy water, a polishing cloth, and pat dry immediately.

Please note that tarnishing is a natural process. Sterling silver may darken and tarnish over time, especially when exposed to moisture, perfumes, body lotions, or humidity. Ensure your silver jewelry is kept away from moisture and water, and clean it properly when tarnished.

MATERIALS

The materials used for each jewelry piece are always detailed in the item’s listing. I exclusively use natural gemstones, sterling and fine silver, and gold metal. We source all materials and carefully select our  suppliers to ensure compliance with fair trade practices and safe working conditions.

RESERVING ITEMS FROM NEW COLLECTION

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer preorders or reservations, except for items that are made to order.
