Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

 

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.

 


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

 


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at admin@blingtrading.com and send the item to the address below.

 


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
